About me

A buyer who speaks your language

  • Long-term ownership
  • Strategic leadership
  • Technical credibility
  • Your team stays
  • Your customers are looked after
  • Your legacy carries on

Most buyers come from finance.
I come from engineering.
That means I understand your business from the inside:
the projects, the people and the reputation you’ve built.

Based in Rennes, France, I’ve worked in the UK market for most of my career, and I’m supported by an experienced network of M&A specialists through every stage of a transaction.

Acquisition criteria

What I look for in a business

Well-run businesses with a loyal customer base, a capable team and room to grow.

Heat pumps, A/C and refrigeration

Air and ground source heat pumps, air conditioning and refrigeration, across domestic, commercial and industrial markets.

Controls

Building management systems and industrial automation.

Established and profitable

A trading history of several years and consistent profitability, with EBITDA of £200k+ a year.

Recurring revenue

Contracted or reliably repeating service work that renews year after year.

A team that stays

Managers in place or ready to step up, with engineers and office staff keen to take on more.

UK-wide, South preferred

Ideally based in London or the South of England. Strong businesses elsewhere in the UK, with a management team in place, are very welcome.

Every business is different. If yours doesn’t tick every box, I’d still welcome a confidential conversation.

Why sell to me

A considered home for the business you built

Selling your business is a once-in-a-lifetime decision. I aim to make it a straightforward and respectful one.

Technical understanding

I understand your work and can support your engineers with training, complex commissioning and troubleshooting.

Your people protected

Your team is the business. I want them to stay and grow with it.

Growing markets

Decarbonisation is driving demand for heat pumps and smart controls, while hotter summers and data centres are driving demand for cooling. I know these markets well.

Flexible terms

A deal and a handover period shaped around your goals and timing.

Quick, clear decisions

You deal with me directly, so you get straight answers, fast.

Confidential throughout

Your staff and customers only find out when you decide.

The process

Four clear, confidential steps

From first conversation to completion, you’ll know where you stand at every stage.

  1. 01

    First conversation

A relaxed, confidential video call about your business, your goals and your timing.

  2. 02

    NDA and review

Under a non-disclosure agreement, I review key information to assess fit and value.

  3. 03

    Offer and due diligence

A clear written offer, then a focused due diligence with minimal disruption to your business.

  4. 04

    Completion and handover

We complete the sale and agree a handover that works for you, your team and your customers.
